Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes. The Explorer plan includes a 14-day free trial. You'll be asked to enter payment information to start, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being billed.
No. The Season Pass does not include a free trial period. This plan provides immediate access to premium features, and your subscription helps support the ongoing development, maintenance, and growth of the DanceGrid platform.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Refunds are available for billing or technical issues.
Explorer includes a free trial, so refunds are typically only issued in cases of billing errors.
